Middle SCHOOL CAMP:
DATE: June 9-14, 2024
COUNSELOR REQUIREMENTS:
Counselors must be at least 21 years old.
*Counselors must also submit to a criminal background check when applying.
C.I.T. (COUNSELOR IN TRAINING) REQUIREMENTS:
C.I.T.'s for Middle School Camp must be at least 17 years old.
*C.I.T.'s above the age of 17 must also submit to a criminal background check when applying.
COST: $100 (payable at registration at Camp)
High SCHOOL CAMP:
DATE: June 16-21, 2024
COUNSELOR REQUIREMENTS:
Counselors must be at least 21 years old.
*Counselors must also submit to a criminal background check when applying.
C.I.T. (COUNSELOR IN TRAINING) REQUIREMENTS:
C.I.T.'s for High School Camp must be rising sophomores in college or must be at least one year out of High School.
*C.I.T.'s above the age of 17 must also submit to a criminal background check when applying.
COST: $100 (payable at registration at Camp).
**MANDATORY TRAINING EVENT: please read!**
C.I.T.'s and Counselors will receive emails prior to camp with training videos. We will also plan a training event sometime prior to camp that will be as mandatory as possible. This event will be for the purpose of training, and also for team building as we prepare to serve together at Camp. If you are unable to attend due to an extenuating circumstance, you will be required to watch or listen to training material and sign a commitment that you have completed it.
Additionally, all C.I.T.'s and Counselors 18 years of age and older must consent to a background check. We do this to continue to maintain a safe and secure environment for students attending Youth Camp.
